At this stage, we offer optional Construction Support — a flexible service that includes weekly or fortnightly site visits, on-the-spot technical coordination, and progress updates. It's perfect for clients managing their own builds or working with separate contractors.

Whether you’re building a home extension or a new development, this service ensures the work on site stays aligned with the design — saving you time, stress, and cost.

  • Photo log and short written progress updates

This service can be added once your drawings are issued, or booked alongside Technical Drawings as part of your delivery plan.

Construction Support Packages:

We offer three levels of support during the construction stage — whether you need a quick check-in, regular site oversight, or full technical involvement.

(Fees for the below will be offered depending on location, scale of project and number of months required to suit construction programme and added as optional extras at Technical design stage quotations)
